  • The plant employs 43 full-time employees and runs one shift, five days a week
  • The plant currently produces 26 different flavors of cookie batters and brownies
  • All batters are refrigerated and packed 30 lbs bag-in-a-box., 48 cases per pallet
  • Capable of shipping countrywide
